Shut-Ins

Process

• Six (6) weeks from the time of applicant's submission.

How to Apply?

• Free forms are available at all Ministry's location countrywide OR can be downloaded from MoHSSS' website https://mhsss.gov.gy/forms.html.
• Apply Online by filing out and submitting the application form at https://oldagepensionform.mhsss.gov.gy/old-age-pension-application.

Documents Required To Process Application

• National Identification Card, Passport or Birth Certificate (require photo for online Application)
• Application Form (Not required for online Application)

Banking Process

• Every quarter, LIFE Certificates can either be dropped off at any of the Ministry's Offices countrywide, scanned and emailed to pension@mhsss.gov.gy OR make a Whatsapp video call to 662-1572 and show a valid form of Identification that can be clearly seen during the call.
